Applicant-Hosted Public Information Meeting

When: Tuesday, December 12th between 5-7pm

Where: Salmon House on the Hill, 2229 Folkestone Way, West Vancouver

Who: Representatives from Salmon House on the Hill and Mallen Gowing Berzins Architecture will be holding the public information session where interested members of the public are invited to join us onsite, learn about the upcoming development, and provide your comments/feedback.

Representatives from the District of West Vancouver will also be in attendance at the session. Please note,this is not a West Vancouver District function, it is an applicant led public information meeting.

What: The redevelopment application requires consideration of an Official Community Plan and Zoning amendment, Development Permit and Land Use Contract discharge. The development proposal includes 8 townhomes and a new commercial building for a restaurant and offices on the current site.
