Our Architectural partners have provided some preliminary site designs. As you will see, it is an unassuming development inspired by Salmon House on the Hill.
The style will be West Coast Modern, and the plan includes 10 townhomes and a restaurant on the current site. The entire site including the townhomes and restaurant will be owned by us, and will be available for rent when completed.
There will be minimal view changes, the space will continue to provide ample parking and there will be no change to the road face. This development will be an asset to the community, and will blend into the current Folkestone environment.
